Job Description:
A Sales support position for Duties and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
1. Processing new sales leads given by the team.
2. Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients.
3. Monitoring customer accounts & their satisfactory ratio.
4. Providing data and reports to help the sales team.
5. Keeping track of sales targets.
6. sending a quote for Part & keep follow up with Customer.
7. Answering phone calls as and when required.
8. Scheduling diaries for Sales Executives for working on equal level for the region.

3. Handled post sales services to the existing clients and promoted referral marketing though them.
4. Ensured high quality service delivery to clients.
5. Build on the leads that are provided by closing the sale while addressing client concerns and moving the customers towards commitment.
6. Customer Data storage & retrieval as & when required.
7. Searching new corporate in different areas to make new empanelment and to increase business.
8. Must be able to travel to attend medical symposiums, conferences, trade shows and meet customers.
9. If required basic Service task has to accomplished, required training would be given to concern subject.

Requirements

1. Achieve sales and orders volumes at the target prices in assigned territory
2. Coordinate orders and sales forecasts within the applicable sales funnel and reports to assigned Manager. Prioritize new leads to create a balanced sales funnel for future sales.
